Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed after receipt of the package, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Due to the current situation of COVID19, and the very high hygiene measures, we do not accept any leggings that have been used.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or parts are missing for reasons that are not due to our error.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund is approved or rejected.


If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of time.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.


Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is mailed.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@catcold.com.

Gifts and Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is returned, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when you purchased it, or if the donor received the order to give it to you later, we will send them a refund and they will inquire about your return.

Delivery

You will have to pay your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
